You will learn the tapping points and different ways to use them in every day life.
We will also incorporate them in to brething practices and a relaxation.
You WILL leave this workshop feeling more relaxed and empowered with a gentle practice to support you throughout life.

We meet together online, we breathe, we feel in and check in to what needs to be felt, heard, seen today. We share a ‘word’ and I guide us through a tapping sequence together, integrating the ‘words’ or feelings. We will weave through your preferred choices towards the end, before we breathe together and close.
Most folk have tapped with me or trained with me before hopping on to these, but do ask if you feel it could be suitable for you.
