Emotional Freedom Technique, or tapping, is a holistic wellbeing technique that combines principles from traditional Chinese medicine with modern psychology.  By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a problem or mindset, energy flow is restored, allowing emotions and negativity to be released.


The process is simple to use and easy to adapt into day-to-day practice, so you can use it whenever you feel the need to balance yourself and lower your stress levels.


EFT has been shown to significantly reduce cortisol levels by up to 37%, calming the body’s fight-or-flight response. This promotes relaxation and a sense of calmness, enabling you to cope better with life’s challenges.
